The 3D Easy Builder does not sell separate products; rather, it is a method to design a product in 3D on your screen and order it directly. When you arrange components in your desired size and shape, the required quantities are automatically calculated and added to your order. The components and quality are exactly the same as the regular products.
When does the 3D Monster Rack Easy Builder ship, and how is it delivered? If I order multiple units, will they be shipped together?
Orders confirmed before 9:00 AM are shipped on the same day. For the Seoul metropolitan area, delivery is made via courier or direct delivery, while other regions are served by courier. After order confirmation, the product goes through 1 to 3 days of preparation and is delivered within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the courier. For direct deliveries, real-time tracking is not available, unlike standard courier tracking. Delivery will be completed within 7 business days; if needed, you can contact customer service for assistance. Due to the product's characteristics, bundled shipping is not available, so multiple items will be delivered individually. The shelves and frames are also packaged separately and may arrive on different days depending on the courier. Please make sure to receive all separately shipped boxes, open them, and check the components.
