It is normal for the shelves and frames (posts) to arrive separately. To prevent overpacking and damage, they are packaged individually. Frames are automatically split into optimal shipping units based on their size and weight. Depending on the courier's circumstances, the shelves and frames may arrive on different dates. Please wait to receive all separately shipped boxes, open them all, sort the components by type, and check for any damage or defects before assembling. Due to the nature of the product, bundled shipping is not available; even if you order multiple items or options, they will be shipped individually.
