The 3D Easy Builder does not sell separate products; rather, it is a method to design a product in 3D on your screen and order it directly. When you arrange components in your desired size and shape, the required quantities are automatically calculated and added to your order. The components and quality are exactly the same as the regular products.
Is the 3D Modern Heim Easy Builder delivered via courier, or does a technician install it? I'm also curious if additional components arrive together and when I will receive them.
The delivery method varies by region. For some areas in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi, a professional technician visits directly for delivery and installation, which is completed within 7 days of ordering. Outer Gyeonggi and other regions receive items via courier, taking about 3 to 7 days. [Metropolitan Area Delivery & Installation Service] This includes both assembly and delivery fees (VAT included). It applies only to direct delivery areas in Seoul, Incheon, and parts of Gyeonggi, and is not available for outer Gyeonggi or other regions. [Split Delivery Notice] This product is shipped in split deliveries. For outer Gyeonggi and other regions, mirrors and hangers may be shipped via different couriers and might not arrive on the same day. Please note that this is normal and not a defective or incorrect delivery. Additional components like fabric drawers and curtain rod sets are shipped separately via courier regardless of the region, so they may arrive on a different day than the main product. Due to the product's characteristics, bundled shipping is not available, meaning individual shipping fees apply if you order multiple items. [Installation Schedule] It takes about 5 to 9 business days from payment confirmation to installation/receipt.
